Ninja Creami Vegan Cookies and Cream Recipe

Vegan Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream Base mixed with vegan Oreos (or your favorite sandwich cookie).

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (13-14oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) I used Morton's Coarse Kosher Salt, sub with 1g of anther salt (probably 1/8th teaspoon fine salt)
  • 10 Oreos (or other sandwich cookies)


  • Prepare the Coconut Milk: Pour the can of coconut milk into a bowl and give it a good stir to ensure the cream and liquid are well mixed.
  • Mix Base Ingredients: In a bowl or pint, combine the coconut milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and everything is well mixed.
  • Freeze Mixture: Pour the base mix into your Ninja CREAMi pint. Cover with the lid and freeze for 24+ hours.
  • Assemble: Remove the lid from your frozen pint and place the pint in the outer bowl, install the paddle/blade on the lid and lock the lid on the outer bowl. Insert the bowl into the Ninja base and lock by rotating the handle to the right.
  • Process with Ninja CREAMi: Use the Ice Cream Setting and allow the Ninja to work it’s magic.
  • Mix-in the Oreo Cookies: Create a small hole in the center of the pint, add the Oreos and run the Mix-in setting. You can leave them whole if you are ok with large chunks or you can break them up before adding.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Scoop out your delicious Vegan Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, and enjoy your dairy-free, vegan treat!


This recipe will give you a white ice cream base with specs of cookies and some chunks, if you want more cookie flavor throughout or more of a chocolate color you can add a few cookies to the base prior to freezing. 
You can freeze and re-spin leftovers but you will lose the chunks of cookies and the ice cream will be a more consistent chocolate color instead of white but it still tastes great!
