Easy Ninja CREAMi Coconut Ice Cream – Dairy Free – Vegan

By Adam

When it comes to homemade ice cream, the Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker has revolutionized the process, making it simpler and more accessible. The machine offers a unique way to churn ice cream with minimal effort, allowing you to create a variety of flavors from classic vanilla ice cream to more exotic ones like pina colada ice cream.

Fill the Ninja CREAMi a pint container with the ingredients, freeze, and the Ninja Creami Machine Turns it into your favorite creamy dessert.

Using different bases, like full-fat coconut milk, heavy cream, or non-dairy milks like almond milk, offers versatility in creating either rich, creamy ice creams or lighter, healthier alternatives like lite ice cream or even vegan recipes.

I bought the Ninja ice cream machine to make my own homemade ice cream that I can’t buy in the store. It is perfect for turning basic ingredients into a sweet treat.

What you’ll love about this recipe

  • SIMPLE RECIPE – You need only four ingredients to make one of the best vegan ice creams.
  • EASY – All you need to do is mix the ingredients, freeze, and run through your Ninja Creami.
  • VERSATILE – This is a great ice cream as is but it also works as a base for so many flavors and mix-ins. Coconut goes great with chocolate and other traditional ice cream flavors but it is also awesome with fruits, especially tropical fruits like mango and pineapple.
